My Account makes it easy for you to change the TV channel channels in your À la carte package just follow the step-by-step instructions below.
What you need before you start
- You must have a subscription to an À la carte package.
- A My Account login. If you do not have a login, visit our Register for My Account support article.
- You can not add or remove more channels then is set in your À la carte package.
Follow these easy steps
- Go to My Account.
- Enter your login information and click Log in. If you're not registered for My Account click Register. For help registering, view our Register for My Account support article.
- To make changes to your channels, click on View and change my À la carte channels.
- On the Change my À la carte TV channels page:
- To add a channel: Click the checkbox for the channel you want to add. A green checkmark appears.
- To remove a channel: Click on the checkmark for the channel you want to remove. A red X appears.
- Once you have made all your changes, click on the Submit button.
- A confirmation screen appears indication your changes have been submitted.
- The changes should be made within 10 minutes of your submission. However, some changes may take up to 1 business day depending on what time the order was submitted.
- When you make your selections, the amount of channels must match exactly with your À la carte package.
