Register for My Account (FibreOP)

My Account makes it easy to manage and modify all your your services. You can register for My Account to do things like view and pay your bill, look up a previous bill or to view or modify your bundle, home phone or Internet services. To learn more, visit our My Account demo.

For quick reference, use the following checklist to register for My Account. For more guidance, follow the detailed step-by-step instructions.

What you need before you start

  • Your account number
  • The postal code where your services are currently installed
  • A 128-bit encryption-enabled Web browser

Checklist

Follow these easy steps

Go to My Account

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your Email address and your Password.
  3. Select Log in.

    Note: If you haven't registered for My Account select the Register now button. You will need:

    • Your Bell Aliant account number
    • The postal code where your services are currently installed

  4. Enter your information

    1. Enter the following information to identify yourself:
      • First name
      • Last name
      • Account number
      • The postal code where your services are currently installed.
    2. Click Continue.

    Create a log in and password

    1. Create your log in by entering your preferred email address.
    2. Retype your email address to confirm.
    3. Enter a preferred password.
    4. Retype your password to confirm.
    5. Click Continue.

    Set your security question and answer

    1. Select a security question (we'll ask you this question if you need to reset your My Account password).
    2. Provide an answer to your security question.
    3. Retype your security answer to confirm.
    4. Click Continue.

    Choose your communications preferences

    1. Select your billing and marketing communications preferences:
      • You can choose to set-up the paperless billing option.
      • You can choose to receive a payment reminder one week before your bill is due.
    2. Click Submit.
      • If you have selected the paperless billing, confirm your email address is typed correctly. We'll send an email to this address. You need to open the email and confirm your paperless billing subscription.
    3. Click Continue.
